FOUNDERS

MANAGING BOARD

Yao was born and raised in Chongqing, China.
After she received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the Sichuan International Studies University in Chongqing, she moved to Germany.

In 1990 she received a Master degree in Communication Science from the University Augsburg, Germany and joined the Siemens AG Headquarter Global Procurement & Logistics later the same year.

From 1992 to 1997 she was appointed to build up the “Center of Competence for China Sourcing” for Siemens in Hong Kong and Shanghai and from 1997 on she was leading a Siemens Business Departement until she Co-Founded CIP in 2004.

He was born and raised in the area of Nuremberg, Germany and received a Diploma of Business Administration & Management from the Friedrich-Alexander University Nuremberg.

In 2001 Dimitrios joined the exclusive “Siemens Trainee Program for young graduates, Global Procurement & Logistics” and during this period he had the chance to work in Singapore, Hong Kong and Tokyo on several projects.

End of 2002 he joined a Siemens Headquarter Business Unit in Munich and in 2004 Dimitrios Co-Founded CIP together with Yao as a management buy-out from Siemens AG.
